Data Deletion

Last updated: 4 November 2026

1. What this page covers

Pixedi Studio lets a business connect its own accounts (for example Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google and its website) so we can do the work it pays us for. This page tells you how to remove that connection and how to ask us to delete the data we got from it.

2. What we keep

  • Access tokens that the platform gives us when you connect an account.
  • Basic account details: account name, ID and profile picture.
  • Posts we publish for you, and the reach and engagement numbers for those posts.

We do not sell this data, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Remove the connection yourself

  • Instagram: Settings, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites. Remove Pixedi.
  • Facebook: Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations. Remove Pixedi.
  • LinkedIn: Settings, then Data privacy, then Permitted services. Remove Pixedi.
  • Google: myaccount.google.com, then Security, then Third-party connections. Remove Pixedi.

When you remove the connection, the platform tells us. We then delete the access token and the data from that account within 30 days.

4. Ask us to delete your data

Send an email to hello@pixedi.com with the subject "Data deletion". Tell us the business name and the account you connected. We reply within 7 days with a confirmation code, and we complete the deletion within 30 days.

We can keep a small record when the law tells us to (for example invoices). We tell you if this applies.

5. Check the status

Send your confirmation code to hello@pixedi.com and we tell you the status of your request.
