In the first month we collect access, connect measurement on day one and write a starting-point report. Regular work starts after that, and every later month is compared against it.
How we keep your site and accounts safe
Every plan starts with Care, whether you're in South Florida or Greater Manchester, so the basics are covered from the first month. Your accounts stay in your name, and we work with admin access instead of asking for your passwords.
Backups and updates
Your site is backed up and updated on a schedule, and we check it still works afterwards. If an update breaks something, we put the last backup back.
Uptime watch
If your site goes down, we know before you do. It's checked around the clock, and you get a short note saying what happened and what we did.
SSL and domain dates
An SSL certificate or domain that quietly runs out takes the whole site down with it. We watch both dates and warn you well before they expire.
Behind the scenes
Breach alerts
If a company email address shows up in a data breach, you hear it from us, along with what to change. Usually that's a new password and two-step login.
Spam checks
We see it when your emails start landing in spam and fix the settings behind it, so quotes and invoices reach the people you sent them to.
Contact form checks
Every month we send a test through your contact form and make sure it arrives. A form that fails silently costs you jobs you never hear about.
