Terms of Use

Last updated: 29 September 2026

1. About these terms

These terms cover your use of pixedi.com and the free site audit. The website is run by Pixedi Digital Agency Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16968210, with its registered office at Flat 5-7 Leamington Road, Stockport, England, SK5 6BD. You can contact us at hello@pixedi.com.

We work with businesses in the UK (Greater Manchester) and the US (South Florida). This website is meant for people using it for their business. By using it, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

2. Our services are agreed in writing

The website describes what we do, and nothing on it is an offer that you can accept just by using the site. Any work we do for you is covered by a written proposal and agreement that sets out the scope, price, timeline and who does what. If that agreement and this website say different things, the agreement applies.

Your website and online accounts stay in your business's name. We work through admin access that you grant, and we never ask for your passwords. If you leave, everything is already yours.

3. Prices, billing and cancellation

  • Prices on this website are list prices in US dollars, before any taxes. The price that binds us is the one in your written proposal.
  • Monthly plans are billed monthly, in advance. There is no long-term contract. You can cancel with 30 days' written notice.
  • Work outside your plan's scope is $120 per hour, and we send you a written quote first. Nothing extra is billed without your OK.
  • Projects such as a new website are paid half at signing and half at delivery.
  • Hosting, domain names, software licences and advertising budgets are not included in any price. You pay for them directly, and they stay in your name.

4. The free site audit

The free audit is a review of public information about the website you submit, such as page speed, how it looks on a phone and its public business listings. It is for information only. It is not legal, financial or other professional advice, and it does not promise any result.

Only submit a website for a business you own, work for or are authorised to act for. We may decline or delay an audit request, for example if the site cannot be reached. An audit request is free and puts you under no obligation.

5. No guaranteed results

Search rankings, map listings, answers from AI assistants, social reach and ad performance depend on platforms and competitors we do not control. We do not promise specific positions, traffic, leads or sales, on this website, in a proposal or anywhere else. What we do promise is the work written in your agreement, and a clear monthly report on what we did.

6. Using the website

Please use the website lawfully and do not misuse it. That includes:

  • trying to get into any part of the site or our systems without permission;
  • sending harmful code, or anything that could damage or overload the site;
  • filling in our forms with false details, someone else's details without their permission, or automated submissions;
  • copying the site's content at scale with automated tools, including to train AI models, without our written permission.

We may block access to anyone who does this.

7. Content and intellectual property

The text, reports, images, code and design of this website belong to Pixedi or the people we license them from. You may read, share links to and quote short parts of our articles and reports with a clear credit and a link back. Please ask us before reusing anything else.

Other companies' names and logos shown on this website belong to their owners.Some images on this website are made or edited with AI tools. They are illustrations, not photos of real client work. Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in each client's agreement.

8. Accuracy, links and AI assistants

We work to keep the information here accurate, but articles, reports and lab notes describe things as they were when written and may go out of date.

Links to other websites, including buttons that open a question about us in an AI assistant such as ChatGPT, are there for convenience. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content or for what an AI assistant says.

9. Availability

We do our best to keep the website running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, pause or remove any part of it at any time.

10. Our liability

The website and the free audit are provided free of charge and "as is". To the extent the law allows:

  • we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect loss, arising from your use of the website or the free audit;
  • our total liability to you for your use of the website and the free audit is limited to £100 (or US$130).

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Liability for paid work is set out in your agreement.

11. If you are in the United States

Some US states do not allow certain disclaimers or limits on liability. In those states, the disclaimers and limits in these terms apply only as far as the law of that state allows, and you keep any rights that cannot be waived under it. Nothing in these terms is a waiver of any right you have under a law that says it cannot be waived.

12. Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, including your rights in the UK and the US.

13. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of any mandatory law of the country or state where you live, and you can also bring a claim in your local courts. For paid work, the law and courts named in your written agreement apply.

14. General

If a court finds any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. These terms, our Privacy Policy and any written agreement with us are the whole agreement about your use of this website.

15. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in force when you use the site is the one that applies. Questions about these terms: hello@pixedi.com.
